Please make checks payable to St. Gabriel Parish, memo line Calendar Raffle. Cash is also accepted.
Every Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m., between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, a winning raffle ticket will be randomly selected in the St. Gabriel Parish Office (1200 Saint Gabriel Way, Hubertus, WI 53033).
All winning raffle tickets will be re-entered for subsequent drawing dates for additional chances to win.
Each ticket drawn will win the prize amount as indicated on the calendar for that day. Need NOT be present to win.
Winners will be notified via phone and the winners will be posted weekly on our website at www.stgabrielhubertus.org.
Checks will be mailed out to all winners. If you would like to receive a final list of all winners by mail, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to St. Gabriel Parish.

All calendar sales must be returned to the parish or school with payment by September 27, 2024. The first drawing is on October 1, 2024. St. Gabriel Parish reserves the right to return all money if a minimum of 500 calendars are not sold by September 27, 2024.

If winner is not present he/she will be notified via information given on the winning ticket. Winner will be posted on our website shortly after the drawing or as soon as the winner is notified.

This drawing is conducted under WI Class A license # R0004546-A-91134. 100% of the proceeds will further St. Gabriel Parish's mission.

Purchasers must complete all contact information, including a valid Wisconsin address. Purchasers must confirm this Wisconsin address at checkout. All out-of-state purchasers without a valid Wisconsin address noted at checkout will have their purchase(s) refunded in full.
• Purchasers must confirm willingness to accept delivery of tickets in digital form.
• Purchasers must pay electronically for the purchase of their tickets.
• Purchasers will then be provided: (1) At the time of purchase, an electronic receipt acknowledging their purchase at the time of purchase; (2) shortly thereafter, a digital version of the ticket(s), completed with the purchaser-provided contact information. The physical raffle ticket entry (i.e., the ticket stub that goes into the drawing drum) will be hand-conveyed by Parish staff to the location of the drawing in order to be drawn.
