In celebration of Veteran's Day this year we are calling on our yoga community to show their gratitude for those who have served by joining a donation-based class to benefit Warrior Within Yoga Project.

Warrior Within Yoga Project is a local 501(c)3 providing accessible, trauma-informed yoga to the veteran and first responder community across Massachusetts.

Funds raised will connect local veterans to the powerful practice of yoga by supporting & expanding WWYP's yoga programs offered at no costs to veterans, service members and their families.

Dozens of yoga studios are participating in this Inaugural "Bend Don't Break" Campaign. Be sure to register for class with the hosting studio.

When you select "Donate" be sure to attribute your donation to the hosting studio. You can also select which "fund" you want your donation to go through, to help support programming in your own community.

For studios:

How to participate:

You or your studio can choose any date between now and through the end of November to host a donation based class at your convenience.

Click the "+Join A Team" button above, and create an individual account. Then, go back to "+Join a Team" select "Create Your Own Team". Here you can add your studio/team name, add your logo and set a goal (depending on your studio and size we suggest between $200-$500).

You'll manage your class registration & promotion on your end and can choose to collect donations however you wish. You can have your students donate directly to us (avoiding fees) via your "Team Page" or collect them through the studio and send us a check (which we will credit to your team).

When making a donation, you will be able to choose a specific fund to direct your contribution (Ie: Metrowest, Worcester, Natick etc).

Once you schedule your event please send info to lauren@warriorwithinyoga.org so we can share through our channels as well. If you have special offers your regulary offer the veteran or first responder community, let us know and we will be happy to share in one of our upcoming newsletters.

Our show of gratitude:

All participanting studios will be mentioned on our website, on our social media channels and in our December newsletter following the campaign. Any studio that raises over $500 will be named an official "Sponsor" of a local Warrior Yoga class near you and receive additional recognition.
