There’s a moment a lot of climbers hit after their first few days outside.

You’ve taken a clinic, or gone out with friends a couple times. You’ve learned a lot… but when you think about going back out again, something still feels uncertain.

You’re not quite sure where you fit in.
You’re still figuring out systems.
You don’t always feel confident speaking up or taking an active role in a partnership.

And without more time outside, it’s hard for those things to really click.

That’s the gap Summer Climbing Crew was created to fill.

This isn’t a one-day clinic.
It’s not about cramming in as much information as possible and hoping it sticks.

It’s about coming back—again and again—with the same small group, in the same kind of environment, and giving yourself the chance to actually build experience over time.

That’s how confidence grows.

Through multiple sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to reinforce skills, ask questions as they come up, and start to feel more comfortable moving through a full day outside—from setting up at the crag to packing up at the end. Except this crew was made for all the femmes and thems 40+ only!

You’ll begin to understand not just what to do, but why—and how to apply it in real situations.

And just as importantly, you’ll be doing it alongside the same crew.

Climbing with the same people creates space for connection, trust, and shared growth—something that’s often missing when you’re piecing together random days outside. These are the kinds of relationships that can carry beyond the program and into your everyday climbing life.

Summer Climbing Crew is for climbers who don’t just want to get outside once—but want to feel more at home out there.

It’s about building a foundation that actually sticks.

Location

This clinic will take place at a sport climbing area in Jefferson County, Colorado.
Final location details will be sent via email from your guide approximately 1–2 weeks before the clinic.

Locations are selected based on weather, conditions, and the needs of the group.

Continued Practice + Private Guiding

Progress in climbing comes from consistent practice and time on the rock. Many climbers benefit from continued support after an introductory clinic.
