We purchased our own refrigeration system, reducing operating costs by 15% and electricity use by nearly 30% while improving ice quality.

PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE:

Weʼve invested more than $62,000 in engineering, permitting, and site planning. The plan to improve Gull Crest and create our permanent structure is well underway.
