Summer is one of the busiest and hardest seasons for CARE STL.

More animals arrive. Kennels fill faster. Puppies and kittens need care. Medical needs increase. And the heat makes shelter life even harder for the dogs and cats waiting for homes.

That’s why we’re launching Summer of Second Chances, a fundraising campaign to help more animals today while building a stronger shelter for tomorrow.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 by August 15 to support the lifesaving work happening every day at CARE STL.

And thanks to an anonymous donor, every gift made during this campaign will help unlock a $25,000 matching gift.

That means your donation can go even further for the animals who need us most.

Your gift helps provide daily care, medical treatment, supplies, enrichment, foster support, adoption support, and the resources needed to keep showing up for animals in crisis.
