What Happens When We Give Anger Somewhere to Go?

This six-week somatics series explores our relationship with anger, led by Gabby of Express & Release Therapeutic Dance. Through dance and movement, reflection, creative practice, and physical release, each week offers a different way to notice, express, and work with what the body is holding.

Each week offers a distinct practice and focus, while building together in a larger exploration of anger, expression, release and transformation.

What to Expect

No dance or movement experience is needed. All bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome. NorthStar is ADA accessible. Dress comfortably and bring water.

This series is free and open to the public. Registration is required to reserve a spot. If you’re able, we invite you to make a suggested donation of $50 for the full six-week series is welcome. Joining for one class? A suggested donation of $15 is welcome.

Summer Somatic Series at NorthStar
