The Global Burnout Prevention Program is a 6-day, science-based intensive designed to help individuals recover from deep exhaustion, chronic stress, and emotional depletion. Grounded in decades of research in neuroscience, psychology, and well-being, the program combines expert-led psychological sessions with restorative wellness treatments. Participants explore the underlying drivers of burnout, whether emotional, behavioral, or lifestyle-based, and leave with practical tools to sustain mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.
