Every ticket purchased and every dollar raised helps fund scholarships for graduating Moorpark High School seniors as they begin their journey into higher education. Your attendance directly supports the mission of empowering local youth and honoring the life and legacy of Joel Burchfield.

About the Nonprofit Organization

The Joel Burchfield Memorial Fund was founded by Dan and Laura Burchfield in memory of their son Joel who tragically passed in 1996. The nonprofit's mission is to invest in the next generation of Moorpark youth and inspire others through service, hope, and generosity. Funds are raised through community events, donations, book sales, and the annual Joel Spirit Walk. Since 1999, the fund has awarded more than $140,000 in scholarships to local students, continuing Joel's legacy of kindness, encouragement, and community impact.

All proceeds benefit the Joel Burchfield Memorial Fund, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
