Support Anchored Forward: A Healing Experience for Surviving Military Spouses

Never Alone Initiative is preparing to launch Anchored Forward, a healing-centered experience created to support surviving military spouses through connection, reflection, and forward movement.

After the loss of a service member, surviving military families often carry grief, transition, caregiving responsibilities, financial pressure, and emotional weight long after the formal support fades. Anchored Forward was created to offer a peaceful, intentional space where surviving military spouses can breathe, connect with others who understand, and be reminded that they are not walking this journey alone.

This experience will include a healing sail, guided reflection, supportive conversation, participant materials, refreshments, and follow-up resources. The goal is not only to host an event, but to create a meaningful moment of care, community, and renewal.
