Buttercup may be the smallest member of our herd, but he has an extraordinary ability to bring people together. With his friendly face, confident personality, and unmistakable “pony-tude,” he can turn a simple visit into a moment of connection and joy.

Meet Buttercup

Buttercup is a 17-year-old miniature horse who previously worked as a children’s pony. Today, he serves as a beloved barn ambassador at Unbridled Paths.

His smaller size makes him approachable for children and adults who may initially feel uncertain around a full-sized horse. Buttercup helps them become comfortable, build trust, and experience the special connection that can grow between people and horses.

Buttercup also represents Unbridled Paths through our Minis on the Move outreach program. By visiting community locations and participating in special events, he helps us bring meaningful equine experiences to people who may not be able to visit the farm.

Although he is small, Buttercup has a big personality. His charm, confidence, and playful “pony-tude” make him memorable wherever he goes.

Supporting Buttercup helps bring the comfort and joy of a horse’s companionship beyond the barn. Your gift keeps our smallest ambassador healthy, happy, and ready to create big connections throughout our community.
