Dome Fest West (DFW) is the world's premier fulldome film festival. Each year, we bring together filmmakers, educators, scientists, and artists who are using this extraordinary format to connect people to the cosmos, to nature, and to each other. Based at Fiske Planetarium at the University of Colorado Boulder, DFW showcases the best new fulldome work from around the globe, hosts the community that creates it, and works to make sure more people get to experience it.

DFW is a nonprofit. Everything we do, from the festival itself to our educational programs and community-building work, runs because people believe that extraordinary experiences should be available to everyone, not just those who live near a planetarium.
