H.O.T. creates events designed to get people out, active, and connected. From playful Field Days and laid-back Beach Socials to activity-driven Happy Hours, our events give people a chance to meet, socialize, and make memories without the focus being on drinking.

The Story Behind H.O.T.

Hector and Jorge, the Daddies of H.O.T., are Miami natives who have always loved the energy and diversity of our city. But as they became more involved in the queer community, they noticed something was missing: more opportunities to connect, socialize, and build real friendships outside of nightlife and drinking.

They wanted to create the kind of community they wished they had. A space where you could come solo or with friends, meet new people, laugh, make connections, and simply feel like you belong.

That’s how House of Trouble (H.O.T.) was born. What started with two Miami guys wanting more for their community has grown into a movement creating queer-centered experiences that bring people together, both on the dance floor and beyond it.
