Our current facility and resource bank are operating at maximum capacity. Recent data indicates that approximately 15 percent of families in our immediate service area are struggling to access essential support systems. Without an expansion of our reach, we risk leaving motivated individuals without the guidance they need to succeed. Our goal is to bridge this gap by modernizing our approach and increasing our service volume.

We are launching this initiative to enhance our operational capacity and ensure no one is turned away. Our strategic plan includes:

Establishing a dedicated resource center for career development and life skills.
Increasing our weekly service capacity to assist an additional 50 families.
Implementing a digital tracking system to measure long term success and participant outcomes.
