The Chicago Inclusion Project exists to facilitate inclusive experiences and hiring practices throughout Chicago theatre. We work to remove barriers and create equitable environments for all by connecting underrepresented artists to opportunities in their areas of expertise. We also continue to strengthen the community by facilitating engagement and connection activities.

Your contribution will help us continue and expand the work. In addition to annual auditions, we are excited to launch a similar event for artists who are not actors. Each dollar donated directly supports our ongoing efforts to advocate and showcase more and more of Chicago's talent.
