CASE’s founder, Joe Feldman, passed away on June 22, 2025. For more than 40 years, Joe dedicated his life to ensuring that children with disabilities receive a high-quality education and that families have the support they need to advocate for their children.

The Joe Feldman Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to continue Joe's legacy, and ensure that cost is never a barrier to getting help.
