Since 2020, Saint James Joy has brought neighbors, families, and visitors together through music, joy, and community.

Hosted by the Saint James Place Block Association, this free annual celebration transforms our block into a gathering space where generations connect, friendships are formed, and people from across Brooklyn and beyond come together to celebrate the spirit of our neighborhood.

What began as a way to bring people together during a difficult time has grown into a beloved community tradition. Each year, hundreds of people join us for a day filled with music, dancing, and connection. Even when rain threatened our plans last year, the community still showed up, reminding us that what we've built together is about much more than an event.
