God Called Me to Help Men Live, Love, and Lead Like Jesus

After nearly 30 years in Christian education, God began stirring my heart in a new direction. He showed me that countless men long to follow Christ faithfully but often lack the encouragement, training, and brotherhood needed to become the spiritual leaders He created them to be.

That calling led to the founding of Blueprint for Men.

Today, my passion is to help men discover God's design for their lives and become disciple-makers who influence their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities for Christ.

Through retreats, leadership training, small groups, mentoring, and biblical discipleship resources, God is building a growing movement of men who are learning to live, love, and lead like Jesus. By His grace, Blueprint for Men has helped launch dozens of men's discipleship groups across the United States, and we believe He is just getting started.

One of the greatest joys of this ministry is watching ordinary men become extraordinary servants of God—husbands who love sacrificially, fathers who lead spiritually, and leaders who invest in the next generation.

Outside of ministry, I am blessed to serve alongside my treasured wife, Gale. Together we continue to invest our lives in God's work while enjoying our two adult children and six wonderful grandchildren. They remind us why building godly men is so important. When God transforms a man's heart, the impact reaches his family today and influences generations to come.
