Every child deserves to walk into school feeling prepared.

This August, UpNext Youth is launching our first Pack Their Future Back-to-School Drive with one goal:

Provide at local students with fully stocked backpacks based on their school supply lists before the first day of school.

For many families, preparing for school means making impossible choices between paying bills and buying school supplies. No child should have to start the school year feeling unprepared simply because of financial hardship.

That's where our community comes together.

Through this campaign, we are collecting:

🎒 Backpacks

📚 School supplies

🧦 New socks and underwear

🎁 Gift cards

💚 Monetary donations

We're also offering Pay What You Can hairstyles throughout July and August, helping students head back to school feeling confident and ready for success.

Our Goal

Our goal is to raise $5,000.

These funds will help us:

Provide fully stocked backpacks
Purchase supplies still needed after donations
Support backpack distribution
Expand future youth programs
Begin building our scholarship fund
Move one step closer toward creating recreational and learning spaces for youth
