Trauma-Informed Yoga with SpringStone Yoga

Join the Sexual Assault Center of Northwest Georgia and SpringStone Yoga for an evening of gentle healing and empowerment through yoga in downtown Rome! We have limited space, so sign up now! We recommend that participants wear comfortable clothing they can easily stretch in, and we ask that you avoid strong perfumes or colognes. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, but mats will be provided for anyone who does not have their own. Adults (18+) only. Childcare will not be available at this event. Tickets are free, but donations are much appreciated.
