Lovewalk Ministries will be bringing a Creative Encounters booth to the Santa Barbara Summer Solstice Celebration and partnering with Monks of Stoke from Catch the Wave Global to create a space for people of all ages to pause, create, connect, and encounter the love of God's and His presence in meaningful and personal ways through art, prayer, conversation, and creative expression.

Many of you know I have had the privilege of serving children and families since 2007 through First Discoveries Christian Preschool. Lovewalk Ministries was born from that same heart. Through Creative Encounters, we are now stepping outside the school walls to create spaces where children, families, and community members feel seen, supported, encouraged, and connected. You can find us every Saturday at the Willow Glen Farmers Market, where we offer free Creative Encounters with art and moments of connection to our community.

A Full Circle Moment

In 2011, during a season of healing and restoration, I was introduced to prophetic art. As I painted, God met me in ways that words alone could not. What began as a personal journey eventually became a passion for creating spaces where others could encounter God's love through creativity, encouragement, and connection. Today, that journey comes full circle.

This will be my sixth outreach trip serving alongside Monks of Stoke, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving, learning, and bringing Creative Encounters into communities beyond our local area.

Lovewalk's Wearable Prophetic Art

Last year, I felt led to place the prophetic art created during worship gatherings onto sweatshirts and apparel that could help fund outreach trips while sharing God's love with others. Each painting carries a testimony of God's faithfulness, grace, healing, and love. We believe the testimony of Jesus released through each painting continues to touch hearts through these wearable pieces of art. It is our prayer that every item becomes a reminder of His presence and His promises while helping us bring encouragement, prayer, and Creative Encounters to communities throughout California.
