Too many young people in our communities face challenges that extend far beyond the classroom, including isolation, instability, food insecurity, academic struggles, and a lack of positive support systems. Through mentorship, after-school programming, outdoor expeditions, academic support, and summer opportunities, REACH creates safe spaces where kids can build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and discover their potential.

Every week, students across Western Connecticut gather with caring mentors and staff who know their names, celebrate their successes, help them through challenges, and remind them that they matter. Whether it’s sharing a meal during REACH Connections, hiking a mountain for the first time, improving grades with academic support, or simply having a trusted adult to talk to, these experiences change lives.
