Our goal is to raise $20,000 to further our programming, your donation will help us make that possible. Help support our mission to help women trauma survivors become the ultimate versions of themselves no matter what adversities they’ve faced.

$20,000 will pay for an entire year of support groups for 2025 and provide 9 different women with 10 free weeks of counseling!

We graduated 70 women from our counseling program which is a nearly 80% increase in participation since last year. We are also proud to report that we have served over 4000 women to date which means we have nearly doubled the number of women we served this year. Additionally, we have been able to grow from 1 support group in our first year to now offering 8 support groups per week and are in the process of adding additional groups due to the high demand.

While strongly rooted in Chicago, we have been able to take &Rise more “global,” serving women across the United States and beyond. Through our virtual offerings, we are making mental health services more accessible to underserved communities throughout the country. Overall, we have served over 10,500 women collectively through all of our services and events in just 4 short years since we started &Rise in 2020.

I was in a really difficult spot coming to terms with what I went through and the ability to have free sessions and really work on what I was going through was so helpful for my processing. I think this truly changed my life and the way I viewed myself. I'm also a student, so insurance can be difficult and paying out of pocket is not possible for me. This program eliminated a substantial barrier that prevented me from initially seeking help.”
