About the 2027 Sweetheart Dinner

The 2027 Sweetheart Dinner, Endless Love is an unforgettable Valentine’s weekend experience created for couples to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a meaningful evening together. Join us on Saturday, February 13, 2027, at Crowne Plaza Louisville for dinner, music, stories, games, prizes, a silent auction, and a special evening with Rebecca St. James. Presented by 88.5 WJIE, The Sound 105.5 & 94.7, and WFIA, the Sweetheart Dinner is more than a night out. Your participation also helps support the ministry of our radio stations as we share Christian music, biblical teaching, prayer, encouragement, community outreach, and the hope of Jesus throughout our region. Doors open at 5:00 PM, with dinner beginning at 5:15 PM. Guests who purchase the Artist Experience should plan to arrive for VIP check-in at 3:45 PM.

Make Your Valentine’s Plans With 5 Easy Payments

You do not have to pay for your entire Sweetheart Dinner experience at once. Choose an eligible Payment Plan ticket at checkout and spread your purchase over five equal monthly payments.

Couple Payment Plan

5 monthly payments of $57
Total: $285 per couple

Your first payment of $57 is charged when you complete your initial transaction. The same payment method will then be charged $57 once per month for the next four consecutive months, generally on the same calendar date as your original purchase date.

Individual Payment Plan

5 monthly payments of $29
Total: $145 per individual ticket

Your first $29 payment is charged at checkout. Your payment method will then be charged an additional $29 once per month for the next four consecutive months, generally on the same calendar date as your original transaction.

Simply choose the appropriate Artist Experience ticket option at checkout. If a monthly-payment Artist Experience option is offered, its payment schedule and total cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Plan Deadline

All Sweetheart Dinner payment plans must begin on or before October 8, 2026.

Payment plans started after that date will not be accepted unless otherwise specifically authorized by WJIE.

Automatic Monthly Charges

By selecting a payment-plan ticket and completing your initial purchase, you authorize the merchant and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for each scheduled installment.

Your payment method will be charged for five total payments, beginning with the original transaction and followed by four consecutive monthly charges.

The recurring amount, total purchase obligation, payment schedule, and applicable ticket type should be clearly displayed to you before completing checkout.

Please keep your payment information current until your plan has been paid in full.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined, expired, disputed, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, please contact us as soon as possible at 502-213-9543.

Failure to complete all required installments may result in your reservation being placed on hold or canceled and your tickets not being issued.

All Payments Are Final

All payments, deposits, installments, ticket purchases, Artist Experience purchases, and related event purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the event organizer expressly announces otherwise.

Beginning a payment plan creates an obligation to complete the full payment plan. Choosing to stop attending, changing your plans, being unable to attend, or voluntarily stopping payment does not automatically create a right to a refund of amounts already paid.

Ticket Delivery

Payment-plan customers must complete all required payments before final event tickets are issued.

Digital tickets are expected to be issued in February 2027 after the payment plan has been paid in full, or earlier if the organizer elects to release completed-plan tickets sooner.

Please provide a valid email address at checkout and keep your confirmation information.

Once digital tickets are issued, save your tickets on your phone or device and bring them with you to the event, as proof of ticket purchase may be required for entry.

Important Event Terms

Tickets and reservations are subject to event capacity and availability.

Ticket benefits, seating assignments, Artist Experience benefits, event schedule, performers, program elements, and other event details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside the organizer’s control.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a particular seat, table location, interaction time, photograph, autograph, prize, auction item, or other benefit beyond those specifically included with the purchased ticket category.

Unauthorized resale, duplication, reproduction, or fraudulent use of digital tickets may result in cancellation of the affected ticket without admission.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the ticket type, total purchase price, payment schedule, refund policy, and event terms presented at checkout.
