Terms: Winner will be randomly selected during a Facebook livestream. Every dollar donated will be assigned a number. During the livestream a random number generator will be used to select a number and Hope Floats Foundation will tell us the name of the person whose number corresponds to the selected number. One person will win the raffle prize, so making a donation makes no guarantee you will win. The raffle prize was donated and 100% of donations will be used for the local scholarship fund. Donors must be over 18 years old and/or have express permission of a parent/guardian to donate.
