Since 2012, Coach Robert and Jennie Strauss have expertly led the Kotzen Aquatic Center at the Miami Beach JCC, sharing their unique learn-to-swim methodology with our community. Amazingly, they have taught over one million swim lessons — from babies as young as 3 months to adults in their 80s — empowering each swimmer to experience confidence, joy, and safety in the water. But after 14 years, the Kotzen pool is in need of major upgrades and repairs. That is why we have launched the Making Waves Campaign.
