Injuries include, but are not limited to, those cued by slips and falls, improper lifting of trees or other heavy objects, and improper use of tools. You understand and accept this risk and agree that Tree Trust will not be liable for injury sustained while volunteering. Use of Likeness and/or Name: You grant permission to Tree Trust to use your likeness and/or name in any and all of our print and online materials to promote our organization and programs and/or to recognize your accomplishments. You waive the right to inspect or approve any specific use of your image and/or name. Drugs and Alcohol: To maintain a positive environment for Tree Trust's programs and participants, volunteers are prohibited from using, distributing, being in the possession of, or under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol while serving in a volunteer capacity.
