CTS Community Development, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to help you identify the barriers to good mental and physical health and to provide resources and tools to guide you to a healthier you. Canva custom creation CTSCD, Inc. provides up to a $1,000.00 scholarship to youth enrolled in foster care services. The purpose of the scholarship is to recognize high school seniors for their accomplishments and achievements and to provide support toward their higher education in college, military service, or trade school. Our hope is to encourage Rising Stars to remain focused on their goals and to reward them for their continued efforts even through the many obstacles they have encountered and overcome. Applications for the scholarship must be received by May 30.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Student has been in foster care services for a minimum of 60 days.
• Student must graduate from high school or GED program while in foster care.
• Student must provide proof of his/her commitment toward higher education, trade, military school, Job Corps, or other accredited institutions of higher learning. An acceptance letter to any of the above-listed institutions qualifies.
• Student identifies needs that are of educational or trade-related use.
