How We Work
We believe in the power of shared prosperity and the collective responsibility to build an economy where access, opportunity, and ownership are not limited by ethnicity, gender, or class. Our work centers community, dignity, and long-term wealth creation for entrepreneurs who have historically been under-resourced.

Our Pillars of Impact

Community Events:
We activate community connections through intentional networking events, industry panels, educational summits, and corporate engagement—strengthening a more inclusive and diverse entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Entrepreneurship Programs:
We take a trauma-informed care approach to supporting entrepreneurs through high-touch business development programs. Each program provides industry- and stage-specific education, mentorship, technical assistance, and resources to help founders achieve next-level growth.
Capital Access:
As a federally certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we offer a suite of flexible debt and patient equity capital products designed for under-resourced entrepreneurs—expanding their capacity to grow, scale, and build generational wealth.

The Solidarity Circle

The Impact Ventures Solidarity Circle is a community of monthly and annual supporters committed to economic justice through collective action. By joining the Solidarity Circle, you are standing in partnership with entrepreneurs—not as a savior, but as a co-builder of a more just and inclusive economy.

Solidarity Circle members provide unrestricted, core operating support, allowing Impact Ventures to respond in real time to founder needs, invest where capital is most catalytic, and sustain long-term systems change—not just short-term fixes.
