Event, the agency raffles of a Basket from each state in its service region to raise funds for SERCAP's Annual Fund. SERCAP's Annual Fund provides unrestricted support that allows the agency to serve populations and support projects that fall outside the restrictions of its grant funders. Additionally, the Annual Funds support the agency's overall operations. Over the past few years, SERCAP's grant funders have cracked down on what they will fund, making it more and more difficult for the agency to cover basic operating costs, and better support its communities and clients.
