Please join us to learn about tai chi and practice an exercise designed to increase balance and relax your body. The class will include a gentle stretching warm-up, an intro to Tai Chi principles, and group practice with instruction. This is a class is for beginners but returning students are welcome to join. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you like.

Latest series of 10 classes starts Saturday, October 24, 2026. Schedule: Saturdays, 9-10 a.m. on 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 1/2/27 and 1/9/27.

Venue fee: $5/session per participant. 10 sessions: $50.00.

Instructor: Neil Levine taught tai chi at the Montgomery County (MD) Department of Recreation for 10 years and recently began offering free Back Yard Tai Chi in Beverly. This will be his third class taught at the Cove Community Center.
