Introduction

TCCHelp Ministries is a community-focused ministry of The Community Center @ AFC and is dedicated to providing support, resources, and guidance to individuals and families in need. With a mission rooted in compassion, TCCHelp Ministries aims to uplift and empower those facing various life challenges through a range of services and programs.

Mission: TCCHelp Ministries is committed to serving the community by offering practical assistance and emotional support. We strive to create a welcoming environment where individuals can find hope, healing, and a sense of belonging.

Vision: Our vision is to build a stronger, more compassionate community where everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive. We envision a world where kindness prevails, and every individual is valued and supported.

Services Offered

TCCHelp Ministries provides a variety of services designed to meet the diverse needs of the community:

Support Groups

Life Recovery: A program dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and find a new path forward. Participants engage in a supportive environment to share experiences and develop healthier lifestyles.
Divorce Care: This group offers guidance and support for those going through the challenges of divorce. It provides a safe space to process emotions and find healing.
Grief Share: A support group for individuals who have lost a loved one. It offers comfort and understanding, helping participants navigate the grieving process.

Educational Programs

Workshops: We offer educational workshops covering topics like financial literacy, strengthening families, parenting the teen brain, and more.
Study Tables: A ministry that assists single moms who are students by providing a place to study once a week. While moms focus on their studies, children engage in active play, Bible lessons, and enjoy dinner together as a family.
ESL Classes: Offers learning opportunities in conversational Spanish or English to help improve language skills and communication.
Busy Bees: A quarterly fun and educational program for ages Pre-K to early elementary, designed to engage young minds through interactive learning experiences.

Community Outreach

Clothes Closet: This initiative provides clothing to those in need. Donations are always welcome and can be dropped off during open community center hours.
Golden Gatherings: A monthly gathering for seniors. A new activity is offered each month to keep things fresh and fun. Come connect, laugh, and make lasting memories!
Volunteer Opportunities: We encourage community members to get involved through volunteer work, fostering a spirit of collaboration and service.
Special Events: TCCHelp Ministries hosts events such as clothing drives, health fairs, and holiday celebrations.
