Our mobile units and fixed site offer safer-use supplies, overdose prevention education, and connections to resources that prioritize health, safety, and dignity.
Naloxone Distribution & Training
We put the opioid overdose reversal drug naloxone directly into the hands of those who need it most — program participants, families, and community members. Each kit represents a life that can be saved.
Community Care & Connection
We provide a welcoming space where people can rest, connect, and be met with compassion — not judgment. Our team offers education, referrals, and emotional support grounded in respect and humanity.
Advocacy & Awareness
We stand up for the rights of people who use drugs, working to challenge stigma, influence policy, and shift how our community understands harm reduction.
