On Saturday, January 23, 2027, every part of Treasure Coast Rowing Club will come together for one signature fundraiser. Juniors, masters, board members, coaches, families, alumni, and friends of TCRC will row, fundraise, volunteer, and celebrate as one club.

From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, mixed teams will take turns on the ergs at the TCRC boathouse and adjacent park, working together toward our $40,000 fundraising goal. The public is invited to cheer, try community erg challenges, enjoy music and food trucks, and see what makes TCRC special.

Why $40,000 Matters

This whole-club fundraiser replaces the Run 2 Row 5K and concentrates our time, sponsors, volunteers, and community support into one stronger event. Funds raised will help provide:

Safe, competitive boats, oars, ergs, and equipment maintenance
Quality coaching, athlete development, and safety resources
Regatta operations, transportation, and competition opportunities
Scholarships and access for athletes who need assistance
Responsible growth for TCRC's junior and adult programs

How Whole-Club Fundraising Works

10 mixed teams: Each team will include members from across the club.
$2,500 team planning goal: Every member contributes by making asks, sharing the campaign, rowing, volunteering, or securing sponsors.
Personal fundraiser links: Members can create a Givebutter page and receive credit for gifts generated through their link.
Fixed gifts: Supporters donate immediately and may credit a specific member or team at checkout.
Online sponsorships and pledges: Businesses and supporters can give immediately online or arrange an optional Meter Challenge Pledge. All payments are processed online through Givebutter.

Our distance challenge levels are fixed gifts, so supporters know exactly what they are contributing at checkout:

$25 - Back 2,500 meters
$50 - Back 5,000 meters
$100 - Back 10,000 meters
$250 - Team or Challenge Sponsor
$500 - Community Sponsor
$1,000 - Silver Sponsor
$2,500 - Gold Sponsor
$5,000 - Presenting Sponsor

Optional Meter Challenge Pledges

Supporters who want to tie their gift directly to performance may pledge an amount for every 1,000 meters completed by a designated TCRC member or team. Every pledge must include a maximum gift.

Example: $5 for every 1,000 meters completed, up to a maximum gift of $100.

To make a Meter Challenge Pledge, email sponsors@treasurecoastrowing.com before the event with the supporter name and email, the member or team being supported, the rate per 1,000 meters, and the maximum gift. After the event, TCRC will confirm the distance and send a secure Givebutter payment link. All pledge payments are made online.
