Welcome to Team REACH — a movement to change the future for college students, one box at a time.

At the Esther Funds Foundation, we're on a mission to prevent college dropouts in minority communities around the globe. Too many students leave school not because they can't do the work — but because they're missing basic support. Our REACH boxes change that, delivering snacks, meals, hygiene essentials, laundry care, and encouragement right to students on campus.

We started with a vision and a storage unit. Today we're reaching students across 9 campuses — and we're just getting started.

🎯 Our Goal: Fund 1,000 REACH Boxes. That's 1,000 students given the essentials they need to stay enrolled, supported, and on their way to graduation.

Here's where YOU come in. 💜

Team REACH is our year-round movement to fund more boxes for more students — and anyone can become an ambassador. Students, alumni, clubs, churches, businesses, and community members can start an ambassador team or join an existing one, then rally their network to fund the future.

What your support provides:

$5 — a hygiene kit
$10 — a week of snacks
$30 — one full REACH box (one student supported!)
$150 — sponsors 5 boxes
