Anthony is a graduate of Thurston High School (2011) and the University of Michigan (2017). After college, he moved to Colorado and worked as a Case Manager, serving others with compassion. That same year, he became a father to a beautiful daughter, now 8 years old, who lives in Colorado.

In August 2022, Anthony suffered a sudden cardiac arrest, resulting in a traumatic brain injury. He survived—exceeding doctors’ expectations—and continues to make meaningful progress. His heart is stronger, he can sit upright in his wheelchair longer, track with his eyes, enjoy music, basketball, and movies, and follow simple commands.

A major barrier to Anthony’s recovery is transportation. Shared medical transport involves long rides, multiple drop-offs, and extended waits. Due to spasticity in his lower extremities, this causes pain and has led to missed appointments and limited access to specialists.

We are raising funds for a wheelchair-accessible van so Anthony can receive care safely, comfortably, and on time—for himself and his daughter. Every gift helps remove a barrier to healing.
