Streamlining Competitions Through Youth Innovation

Robotics competitions are complex events requiring real-time match tracking, queue management, hardware diagnostics, and seamless field operations. TeamFlow is an in-house software and hardware platform developed by our high school student engineers to make event management smoother, faster, and more reliable.

Through TeamFlow, students gain real-world experience in full-stack software development, embedded hardware design, and systems engineering—building real products that solve operational challenges for robotics events.

What This Fundraiser Powers

Please note: Individual event deployments are supported separately. This campaign directly funds the ongoing R&D, infrastructure, and student training engine that powers TeamFlow development.

Your contribution directly supports:

Hardware & Embedded R&D: Microcontrollers, sensors, custom PCB prototyping, wireless networking modules, and display interfaces.
Software Development & Hosting: Server infrastructure, API tools, testing environments, and software deployment pipelines.
Student Technical Training: Hands-on workshops teaching high school developers full-stack software engineering, UI/UX design, and system architecture.
Student Tooling & Ownership Reward: Investing in the development workstations, testing rigs, and hardware equipment our student developers use.

Impact Tiers

$25 — Funds microcontroller components, sensor modules, and prototyping wiring.

$75 — Covers server hosting, database infrastructure, and deployment tools for development.

$200 — Sponsors custom PCB fabrication, wireless hardware modules, and enclosure prototyping.

$500 — Fully sponsors an R&D development sprint and student technical training module.

Youth Innovation, Guided by Mentors

TeamFlow is a flagship initiative under Cherokee Makerspace's First Foundations program.

Students on our FIRST Robotics teams (Firestorm and Frostbite) design, code, and test each component under the supervision and mentorship of experienced software and hardware engineers.

When you donate to this campaign, you are investing in the research, infrastructure, and student talent needed to build world-class tools for the robotics community.

Thank you for supporting youth software engineering and technical innovation!
