At SOAR we believe in cultivating leaders that not only understand compassion and empathy but embody these values in every aspect of their lives. Our interactive workshops are more than just learning experiences; they are transformative journeys, filled with humor, self-discovery, and compassion. We are dedicated to equipping young individuals with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges, develop authentic connections, and step confidently into their own unique power. OUR APPROACH

Imagine a world where adolescents and teenagers are empowered with skills to resolve conflicts, manage stress and anxiety, build strong communities, and confidently express themselves. That's the world we are creating at SOAR. We understand the impact that a lack of these skills can have on young lives, and we are committed to changing that narrative.

Our workshops foster strength and vulnerability, reframing them as strengths rather than weaknesses. Through a blend of experiential learning, discussions, and activities, we help participants connect with their inner selves and embrace their potential to lead with integrity and compassion.

OUR IMPACT

The SOAR Foundation Group, a non-profit organization, received its official status in February of 2023. Since September of 2022, we have been making a difference in the lives of young individuals through our workshops. Our approach has been endorsed by educators, mental health professionals, parents and most importantly by the youth that we serve.
