Tampa Female Physicians is a 501(c)(3) organization representing more than 1,000 women physicians united by a shared commitment to excellence, support, and service. Every day, our members care for the women and children of Tampa Bay, and we know that when women and children not only survive but thrive, our entire community grows stronger.

Our impact is already being felt across Tampa Bay. We have donated more than $30,000 to the 1Voice Foundation, supporting children and their families through cancer treatment and care in Brandon, Florida. We have led healthy aging initiatives for Tampa’s seniors, focused on muscle strengthening and medical optimization to keep bodies strong. We host community health fairs and children’s health events that bring care directly to families. Next, we are expanding our reach with efforts to feed our community, initiatives supporting Ronald McDonald House, and wellness programs for mothers across Tampa Bay.

The Women Who Lead Fund puts our belief into action. Your gift supports initiatives that advance the health and well-being of women and children in Tampa Bay and beyond. Healthy mothers raise healthy children, and healthy children build strong families, schools, and neighborhoods.

Our mission is rooted in connection, uplifting one another, and giving back to the community we proudly serve. Through mentorship, advocacy, and wellness, we make sure women in medicine have the resources and support they need to lead, so they can champion the health of the women and children who depend on them.

Together, we rise. Together, we thrive. Together, we lead.

And once more,

Together, we rise. Together, we thrive. Together, we lead.
