Successful design practices are built not only through great design, but through the lessons architecture schools rarely teach. Building meaningful relationships, learning financial strategy, mastering the art of negotiation, advocating for the value of design, navigating difficult conversations, setting healthy boundaries, leading teams, and creating sustainable careers are all essential skills that shape both our work and our lives.

Whether you're leading a practice, managing projects or building your career within the industry, be part of this conversation with leaders from the design industry and related fields as they explore the human side of practice.

Hosted in partnership with The Luxury Bed Collection, the evening will explore how thoughtful leadership, sustainable work habits, and intentional recovery can fuel stronger businesses, and ultimately, better design.

Join us to learn what success can look like for you. Light bites and beverages will be provided.
