Every great thing starts out a little imperfect.

That's the heart of The Grass Is Always Greener, a 10-minute animated short from Kaboom Collective, a nonprofit animation studio that believes creativity belongs to everyone. It follows Oriah, a young artist chasing perfection, and Bliffy, a roly-poly puppy she almost threw away, who leaps off the page and fills her neighborhood with joy, color, and a reminder that the best art isn't perfect, it's alive.

Come see it with us. Join our screening party on Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 7:30pm at Heights Theater Studios in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, for the premiere, free drinks and snacks, and a live Q&A with the creators.

The event is free, but Kaboom Collective is a nonprofit, and every donation helps fund our next films. If the story moves you, please give what you can so we can keep creating for our community.

RSVP today to save your seat, and bring someone who loves a good story. We can't wait to share Oriah and Bliffy with you.
