Yet Stand Inc., a non-profit, is dedicated to empowering youth, families and communities. Our work includes addressing mental/emotional wellness.

Music, poetry, storytelling and spoken word are highly effective, evidence-based therapeutic tools. Engaging with them—whether by listening, reading, or creating—helps process complex emotions, reduce stress, and provide a safe outlet for feelings when words alone fall short.
