In the alley behind a mediocre Italian restaurant, four line cooks take breaks whenever they can. Their professional and personal lives clash, with passions put into question in the wake of an absent chef and hectic services. Over the course of three days, they each struggle to find peace amidst the chaos in and out of the kitchen.
