Over a decade ago, my son became a firefighter in Vermont.

One day, after a particularly difficult shift, he shared about his day with me – he had been on one of those calls that stays with you… the kind where not everyone makes it home.

I could feel it in him. The weight. The responsibility. The images that don’t just disappear when the shift ends.

At the same time, in my private practice, I was working with more and more trauma patients. People who were deeply impacted by things that had happened to them.

But something kept pulling at me…First responders are different. They don’t just experience trauma by chance—they walk into it. They choose it. Every single day. For us.

That realization stayed with me.

And as I began learning more—the statistics, the suicide rates, the prevalence of PTSD, depression, and silent suffering—it became impossible to ignore.

These are the people who show up on our worst days… And yet, so many of them are left to carry those moments alone.

I knew something had to change. I knew I had to step up.

Higher Vibe Solutions was born from that calling—a sacred space, a healing experience, a place where those who give so much can finally receive.

A place where they can release what they’ve been holding… Reconnect to themselves… And remember that they deserve a full, joyful, meaningful life too.

This is more than a mission. It’s a promise. To every first responder, every veteran, every hero who has silently carried the weight—

You don’t have to do it alone anymore. WE are here for you.
