Our impact is growing.

Since opening our facility in June 2024, we have grown from 287 members to 1,167 members. We have loaned 4,207 tools, taught 168 classes, saved the community $421,538 by borrowing tools and hosted 14 free community repair clinics in the last two years!

We also expanded from three operating days a week to six so that more people have the opportunity to walk through our doors and access our tools, programs, workshops, equipment, and services.

But behind every one of those numbers is a person.

This Giving Tuesday, we are raising $50,000 to help keep this resource in the community and continue this work.

Your donation helps people like Willie, who borrows our landscaping tools so he can mow the lawns of his elderly neighbors.

It helps people like Fernando, who used our tools and space to build a coffee cart for a new entrepreneur in a neighboring city.

It helps people like Andrew, who lost his job and decided to start a handyman business using tools from our Tool Library.

It helps people like Hugo, augment his salary by starting a side gig power washing parking lots to help support his family.

It helps people like Rosie, who gained confidence to take risks after she learned how to use professional woodworking tools to make a cabinet.

And like Mara’s music box, a priceless keepsake given to her by her father. She brought it to one of our repair clinics because it was broken, and our volunteers were able to help give something deeply meaningful to her another life.

Our repair clinics have kept more than 3½ tons of waste out of landfills and saved our community approximately $72,000 in replacement costs.

Affordable access to tools and equipment. Hands-on classes and workshops. Free community repair clinics. Supplies and equipment. Staffing and program operations. Training and opportunities for makers, entrepreneurs, families, and community members that didn’t have access to these resources to make it!

It keeps these resources within reach of the people who need them the most.
