The Mic McConnell Excelsior Challenge

"My superpower is that I don't quit. I'm not a gifted swimmer or athlete. I just don't quit."

-Mic McConnell

The Mic McConnell Excelsior Challenge is a 30-day community movement and kindness challenge inspired by Mic's belief that strength isn't about being the fastest, strongest, or most athletic person in the room.

It's about showing up.

It's about trying over and over again.

It's about caring for others along the way.

For 30 days, you commit to building strength in whatever way works for you- walking, swimming, stretching, lifting weights, dancing in the kitchen, riding a bike, or simply taking the first step.

Alongside movement, participants complete acts of kindness and community care, honoring the values Mic lived every day.

Together, we'll raise critical funds for Health Brigade while building something even bigger: a community rooted in resilience, compassion, and connection.

Because we build strength in ourselves so we can build care for others.
