Join us for the inaugural Oars Up Golf Classic on Saturday, September 12, 2026, as we bring together golfers, families, alumni, local businesses, and community supporters for a day of fun on the course—all to benefit Upper Arlington Crew.

Golf Fundraiser – 9 holes 🕳️ ⛳️Scramble Format & Registration Information

Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 4:00–6:00 PM tee times

Join us for a fun and relaxed scramble-style golf fundraiser! All skill levels are welcome—whether you are an experienced golfer or simply coming out to support a great cause. Registration deadline 9/4/26

Team Registration

Golfers may register individually or in groups of 2, 3, or 4.

If registering with others, please list the names of the golfers you would like to play with during registration.
Groups of fewer than four may be paired with other golfers to create a foursome.
Prefer to keep your group private? If you have a group of 2 or 3 and do not want additional golfers added to your group, please indicate this when registering.
Individual golfers are welcome and will be paired with other participants.
We will make every effort to honor grouping requests.
Tee times and groups will be emailed out on 9/6/26.

Scramble Format

Each group will play a traditional scramble format:

All golfers tee off on each hole.
The team selects the best shot.
All golfers play their next shot from that location.
Play continues in this manner until the ball is holed.
The team records one score per hole.

Scramble play keeps the event moving, makes the outing enjoyable for golfers of all abilities, and allows everyone to contribute to the team's score.

What's Included

Your registration includes:

Golf cart or push cart at no additional charge
Greens fees
Scramble tournament play
Fundraiser participation

Please indicate during registration whether you prefer a riding golf cart or push cart so we can plan accordingly. Prizes

The top three teams will receive prizes, so bring your best scramble game!

First Place – Haxton Hospitality Experience 🏆
Each member of the first-place team will receive one Haxton Hospitality Suite ticket.

Second Place – Golf Gift Cards🥈
Each member of the second-place team will receive a $15 golf-related gift card—perfect for putting toward a future round, range time, or new golf gear.

Third Place – 19th Hole Prize Pack🥉
Each member of the third-place team will receive a golf-themed prize pack

General Tournament Rules

Maximum of four golfers per group.
Please maintain an appropriate pace of play and keep up with the group ahead of you.
Each team should select one person to maintain the official scorecard.
Play the selected ball from as close as reasonably possible to its original location.
On the putting green, all team members should putt from the same general location as the selected ball.
Please observe all course rules, cart rules, and course etiquette.
In the event of a tie for a prize position, a scorecard playoff will be used to determine placement.
Most importantly, have fun! This is a fundraiser, so friendly competition is encouraged, but supporting the cause is the real win.
