Too many still face a healthcare system where their needs and voices go unheard, and where the journey to parenthood is met with unnecessary barriers. Our solution centers on advancing the Community Health Worker (CHW) and doula workforce, collaborating closely with healthcare systems to bridge the gaps where traditional care falls short. By having CHWs and doulas work alongside families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, we create meaningful connections and provide guidance that is often missing. This approach can help reduce preventable maternal mortality and pregnancy-related fatalities.
