What We Do

Sol Sisters is redesigning access to wellness and community care for women and girls.

We recognize that financial barriers, systemic inequities, and a lack of culturally responsive resources prevent many women from accessing the care, connection, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through welcoming programs and supportive community spaces, we bring women together across backgrounds to strengthen wellbeing, build meaningful relationships, and expand access to resources.

Our vision is a future where every woman has the support, tools, and community she needs to live well and lead well.

How We Do It

Sol Sisters creates accessible experiences, services, and pathways to care through three areas of impact:

ENRICH
We create opportunities for connection, creativity, movement, learning, and community building.

EMPOWER
We expand access to therapy, mentorship, coaching, leadership development, and personal and professional resources.

EVOLVE
We bring women, organizations, and community partners together through events, advocacy, visibility, and collective action.

Together, these programs support women’s mental, emotional, physical, social, and professional wellbeing.
