Our Coaching the Coaches pipeline is a full human development system designed to turn everyday community members parents, alumni, and young people into world-class youth development coaches. No prior tennis experience required. You bring the heart. We build the skills.

Every coach in our program moves through a visible pathway, from Junior Leader to Master Coach with structured training, real mentorship, and a personal Coach Portfolio they carry for life. Along the way, they learn not just how to run a drill, but how to greet every child by name, how to turn a mistake into a teaching moment, and how to create the kind of environment where young people feel safe enough to grow.

Our Coach Academy runs three levels of training from foundational child safety and SEL facilitation to advanced curriculum design and site leadership. Coaches are observed, supported, and celebrated. Their growth is tracked. Their contributions are recognized. And the best ones go on to train the next generation of coaches themselves.
