In a smartphone-saturated world, “unplugging” isn’t about being perfect—it’s about getting your brain back. The Unplug Social is a warm, fun, grown-up night out designed to help parents and gatekeepers better understand screen culture, attention loss, and the mental wellness tools that protect kids (and adults) long-term. Expect light bites, cocktails, meaningful conversation, and practical takeaways—plus a few joyful surprises along the way.

The Lovey Project is a 501(c)(3) focused on mental wellness for children ages 3–13 and their families. We provide play-rich, community-centered tools and programming that build resiliency, mindfulness, creativity, focus, and self-confidence—so emotional support becomes as normal as snack time.
