In a smartphone-saturated world, “unplugging” isn’t about being perfect—it’s about getting your brain back. The Unplug Social is a warm, fun, grown-up night out designed to help parents and gatekeepers better understand screen culture, attention loss, and the mental wellness tools that protect kids (and adults) long-term. Expect light bites, cocktails, meaningful conversation, and practical takeaways—plus a few joyful surprises along the way.
